Ingredients

  • 400 gram Tuna packed in water
  • 2 cup Celery (raw)
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 cup Low fat yogurt
  • teaspoon Soy sauce
  • cup Onions, sweet, raw
  • cup Lemon juice
  • 4 cup Lettuce

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate.Makes four servings.

Cooking Tips

This is an excellent recipe if you want to fix something easy.
Remember to buy tuna in water instead of tuna in oil. Tuna in water has less fat and therefore, fewer calories.
