Ingredients

  • 4 cup Cooked asparagus
  • 4 Carrots, raw
  • Nonstick spray
  • cup water
  • cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce, low sodium
  • tablespoon Dried sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Cut the asparagus and the carrots in small strips. In a skillet (like a wok) with cooking spray place the vegetables and cook for 4 minutes. Add the water, cover and cook for 2 minutes or until soft.
  2. Uncover add the ginger and cook until water is evaporated. Add the soy souce and sesame oil and mix well.
  3. Before serving add the sesame seeds to garnish.

Cooking Tips

The sesame seeds has a strong flavour, so you need very little to give your vegetables the perfect taste. Remember to cut the vegetables in small pieces you they cook more easily.
