How can I file a claim in the event of a catastrophic event? Pan‑American Life de Colombia has enough information before a disaster occurs to identify its insureds. This information seeks to expedite the work of providing support and guidance to our customers. Therefore, to submit a claim, the minimum information required is a citizen identity card, a death certificate, and a claim form.
