Ingredients

  • 227 gram Crustaceans, crab, blue, raw
  • 250 gram Shrimp raw
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Onions, sweet, raw
  • 1 Green Sweet Peppers
  • 3 Garlic clove
  • 1 cup Soup,stock, chicken
  • 1 cup Skim milk, non‑fat milk
  • 1 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat
  • 60 gram Cheese cottage (without fat)
  • 5 tablespoon Parsley
  • teaspoon Salt

Preparation

  1. Blend milk, yogurt and cottage until a smooth paste is formed. Melt butter in a skillet and cook onions, bell peppers and garlic for 4 minutes.
  2. Add the crab meat and cook for another minute. Add fish stock and milk mixture. Cook for 5 more minutes. Add shrimp and cook until they are pink. Season with salt, pepper and parsley. Serve warm.

You can add your favourite seafood or fish to this soup.
