Ingredients

  • 3 Raw potato
  • 2 raw leeks
  • 2 Carrots, raw
  • 1 Chili pepper
  • 1 cup Cooked soybeans
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Peppers, sweet, red, raw (medium)
  • teaspoon Spices, pepper, black
  • teaspoon Salt

Preparation

  1. Place the vegetables and the beans in a pot. Cover with water and cook until the vegetables are soft and the water is evaporated.
  2. Place the olive oil in a skillet, heat it and add the sweet pepper and add this to the stew.

Cooking Tips

You can use any vegetable you like.
