Ingredients

  • 4 Muffin (s) whole wheat
  • 120 gram Cheese in oily low
  • 2 red tomatoes
  • 2 cup Raw lettuce
  • 2 leaf Fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • teaspoon Spices, pepper, black

Preparation

  1. Cut bread in half.
  2. Layer sliced tomatoes, lettuce and sliced cheese.
  3. Sprinkle basil over sandwiches.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Makes 4 servings.

Cooking Tips

  • The secret is to use mozzarella cheese made with skim milk and only the recommended amount of olive oil in order to reduce total fat.
