Telemedicine

In partnership with Blue Medical (authorized provider), Pan-American Life provides access to free, unlimited doctor visits through our Telemedicine service, for its insureds with individual and corporate health policies. 

This service allows our insureds to receive fast, secure primary care wherever they may be, on their smartphone, tablet, or computer. 

Now available 365 days a year, and with extended hours from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 

Follow the steps below: 

Primary care: co-payment of CRC 5,000  Specialties (with a scheduled appointment, depending on the specialist’s availability) Co-payment of CRC 10,000
