Geri is President and Chief Operating Officer of Mutual Trust. She leads the management and operational framework that supports the U.S. Life line of business and is responsible for guiding the development and execution of sales strategies and product innovation.
Career:
Geri has extensive legal, compliance, and regulatory experience in the insurance industry. She joined Mutual Trust in 2005 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, overseeing technical services, operations, legal and IT. She played integral roles in the strategy and execution of a new administration system for the U.S. life business and Mutual Trust’s merger with Pan-American. Geri previously served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Life and Group Operations at CNA Financial Corporation. She started her career at Washington National Insurance Company.

Geri is a member of the American Bar Association, The Association of Life Insurance Counsel, and the Senior Business Women’s Forum.
Education:
Geri earned a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago and earned her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School.
