Cooking Tips

  • Legumes, dried beans, peas, chickpeas and lentils are packed with fiber, protein, and carbohydrates yet they have little fat and no cholesterol. Try adding them to your meals. Usually legumes take a lot of time for cooking. Using canned products is a great option, it takes no time and the nutrients will be the same. Look for low‑sodium versions.
