Pan‑American Life Insurance Group Appoints Rolando Alberto as General Manager of its Dutch Caribbean Islands Operations

Willemstad, Curacao – January 4, 2023 – Pan‑American Life Insurance Group (PALIG), a leading provider of life, accident, and health insurance throughout the Americas, has appointed Dr. Rolando Alberto as General Manager of its Dutch Caribbean Islands operation.
Dr. Alberto joins PALIG with more than 30 years of successful leadership and industry experience. His responsibilities include business development and growth, management of the field force and financial performance of these markets.
“Rolando’s experience in financial services, combined with his expertise in strategic planning and sales management, will help us accelerate our momentum in the Dutch Caribbean,” says Greer Quan, CEO ‑ Caribbean Region.
“His deep industry understanding, and broad managerial background will be instrumental to achieving continued growth.”
Dr. Alberto previously held marketing leadership positions at INSIght Insurance Platform, performed strategic marketing innovations at Vidanova Life Insurance N.V, as well as held several managerial roles at ENNIA Caribe Holding N.V.
He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration along with a number of industry certifications. He is also an accomplished Toastmaster and is active in local philanthropic endeavors.
