Did you know that in Latin America and the Caribbean, 31% of women are diagnosed with breast cancer before the age of 50? Mammography is the only scientifically proven test that reduces mortality when cancer is detected early.

During our campaign for the early detection of breast cancer, mammograms were performed on more than 11,000 women with no out‑of‑pocket cost or a reduced co‑payment. In addition, to provide accurate and up‑to‑date information, specialist and subspecialist physicians from the region offered educational webinars.

This campaign ended on December 31, 2025, but will be active again starting in September 2026. If you are a policyholder or spouse with PALIG health insurance, you can get your annual mammogram every year at no cost or with a reduced co‑payment at selected providers in certain countries.
