Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onions, sweet, raw
  • 2 Garlic clove
  • 1 cup Tomato
  • 454 gram Tuna packed in water
  • 12 olives
  • 1 leaf Fresh basil
  • teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Spices, pepper, black

Preparation

  1. Mediterranean Tuna Heat olive oil in skillet. Add onion and garlic. Sautée for 3‑4 minutes untill soft.
  2. Add tomatoes and heat to a boil. Reduce heat and cover the pan for 5 minutes. Add tuna and cook over low heat for 8‑10 minutes.
  3. Add olives and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve tuna with skillet''''s sauce.
