We Do Not Sell your Information: We will not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose. Likewise, we do not engage in the use automated means to make decisions that involve sensitive information.
Your Rights

To exercise your privacy rights, you must submit a verifiable request here. Once we receive and verify this request, we will strive to respond to all legitimate request within thirty (30) days the number of days, unless an exception applies. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Once you exercise your rights, we will not:
  • Deny you services.
  • Charge you different prices or rates, or impose penalties.
  • Provide you a different level or quality of services.

Privacy Rights under Ecuador’s Law

  • Right to Information: You have the right to know everything about how your data is used, the purpose, who handles it, how long it's stored, whether it will be shared, and how you can exercise your rights. This information must be clear, simple, and in your preferred language.
  • Right of Access: You can request, free of charge, all the personal data an entity has about you. You don’t need to justify your request, and they must respond within 15 days.
  • Right to Rectification and Update: If your data is incorrect or outdated, you can request that it be corrected. You only need to provide proof if necessary.
  • Right to Erasure: You can request the deletion of your data if it’s no longer needed, was used without your consent, violates your rights, or if you simply withdraw your consent.
  • Right to Object: You can refuse the use of your data, especially for advertising or if you disagree with how it's being used.
  • Right to Data Portability: You can request your data in a digital format to take it to another company or service. You can also ask for it to be transferred directly.
  • Right to Suspend Processing: You can request that the use of your data be paused while a dispute about its accuracy or legality is being resolved.
  • Right Not to Be Solely Evaluated by Machines: You have the right to ensure that important decisions about you aren't made solely by algorithms. You can ask for explanations, present your observations, and even challenge the decision.
  • Protection for Children and Adolescents: Their data cannot be used without the permission of their legal guardians, unless there’s a compelling public interest. From age 15, adolescents can give explicit consent.
  • Right to Consultation: You can freely consult the National Register of Personal Data Protection to learn how your data is being used.
